The P-Shot for men should result in all of the following:

P-Shot Technique

  1. Numbing lidocaine cream is applied to the penis.
  2. Blood is drawn.
  3. Centrifuge is used to separate platelets
  4. The platelets are transferred into another tube where a few drops of calcium chloride solution trick the platelets into thinking that they are in the body and the body has been injured.
  5. The platelets release growth factors into the liquid of the tube.
  6. The liquid is transferred into a syringe and injected into the penis using a tiny needle and in a way that distributes the growth factors in the proper way.

How many sessions do I need?

Some men require more than one treatment to achieve the results they desire. If a patient is determined to fully optimize function without committing to a more invasive procedure or prescription drugs, we recommend a second P-shot within 3-months to improve initial results. One to three treatments are typical. We generally recommend men have a regularly scheduled annual treatment once a year to maintain the results of this treatment. However, some men will require secondary initial treatments to begin noticing results, which usually take place within 3 months after the first treatment.
 

Does P-shot increase size?

Many men report a significant increase in the size, shape, and duration of their erections within a few hours of the treatment and continue to see improvement over the next several months as tissue renewal is achieved and improved blood flow is established.
